2 Key Strategies To Exponentially Growing Your Value

The world wants to know what is your overall value as a human being.

Today the world doesn't just look at the raw skills you have to offer.

Job listings are no longer about coding, design, or data management.

Jobs and the world are looking for the whole package.

Instead of "can you code?"...

The world wants to know what is your overall value as a human being.

Are you good at a particular skill like coding?

Are you good with soft skills like time-management or motivating others?

Are you a fast learner that will evolve over time?

The world doesn't want a resume of your skillset.

The world wants an audited balance sheet of your overall valuation.

And that's exactly why we need to spend more time finding ways to grow our value.

There will always be new skills to learn and random certifications to add to your resume.

But there are only a handful of ways to truly improve your stock as a human being.

And the new winners in the corporate world are the ones learning how to exponentially increase their valuation.

I don't know all the keys yet, but I've discovered 2 key strategies to exponentially grow your value.

And the best part is how simple they are to remember and execute.

The first key strategy to improve your value is simply giving yourself more opportunities to shine.

Many people go down one single path in life and never veer away.

Just because you went to school for medicine, doesn't mean you can't try writing a book.

Or even starting your YouTube channel.

Actually, one of the best ways to grow exponentially fast on YouTube right now is by having a specialized degree and sharing your knowledge.

But you wouldn't know that if you limited yourself to only working hospitals, would you?

The key to extracting more value out of your pre-established value, is trying new things.

So when someone asks you to help them find a logo designer you shouldn't say yes.

You should say, "I'd love to try designing a logo for you."

Don't be surprised if you end up designing the most badass logo ever.

And if not, no worries.

You still got to spend a few hours trying something, new, fun, and exciting.

The second way to multiply your value is probably the easiest strategy ever.

Instead finding new opportunities for yourself to shine, you find them for others.

There are few people more valuable than the person who's able to unlock new opportunities for the people around them.

If you help a friend get a job that makes double what they're earning now, they will forever be grateful for you.

And when it's time for you to ask for a favor, they will be eager to help.

Never look at life as a zero sum game...because it's not.

There are multiple winners, multiple billionaires, multiple top employees, multiple popular kids.

There is always room for multiple winners.

If you become the person that helps your coworkers evolve, grow, and get better at their job, guess who's going to be last on the list of people to get fired?

You.

So if you want to become more valuable this year or the next.

Start branching out and giving yourself opportunities to shine.

Or should I say opportunities to fail?

And always, always, always push others forward.

Because it will catapult you to new heig...

In progress,

Tim
